We Offer Two
Types Of Delivery Service:
Automatic
Automatic Delivery is a service offered by
Stephenson Oil Company where we keep track of your fuel usage and
schedule your deliveries without you calling. This service is based
on Degree Days - which are very accurate, determined for each
individual household and updated after each delivery.
This type of
delivery is preferred by many of our customers as it is much more
convenient for them. With busy schedules, customers often forget to
place an order, which usually results in an emergency call and
associated charges
Qualifications:
Must have
credit approved by Stephenson Oil Company.
No C.O.D.
customers.
Your tank
must be filled.
Will Call
Will Call is when customers monitor their own
fuel usage and call to schedule a delivery. The responsibility of
checking oil levels and calling Stephenson Oil in a timely manner to
arrange a delivery rests completely on the customer.
Qualifications:
48-hour
notice is required (same day delivery may result in a service
charge).
If you are out of oil and our driver helps you
start your furnace, there will be a $35.00 service charge.
