Tom has been associated closely with the Ohio Petroleum Marketing and Convenience Store Association (OMPCA) and was Chairman from 1998 to 2000.  He then served as Ohio’s representative to the Petroleum Marketer’s Association of America for two years. 

He has also been involved with the Rules Advisory Committee of the Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) in Ohio and was appointed in 2000 by Ohio Governor Bob Taft to serve as a Board Member of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Release Compensation Board (PUSTRCRB).
